Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail and speed
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Maintain organized and safe work environment following OSHA standards
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete necessary paperwork and use warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills and comfort with technology (scanners, tablets)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation to our San Antonio facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
