Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Process and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and update stock counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and shipping calculations.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified.
