Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (we offer training for the right candidates).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification (or be willing to obtain one).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia facility.
