Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, ensuring safe operation and adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and document findings.
- Keep warehouse aisles organized and storage areas clean to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Virginia Beach facility.
