Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick items from shelves and prepare them for shipping using WMS systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy materials.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards.
- Load/Unload Operations: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing freight.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends or overtime.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background and drug screen.
