Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy to prevent discrepancies.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock levels match records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
