Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders and prepare items for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets customer specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Reliability: Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to arrive on time consistently.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
