Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload trucks with proper equipment operation
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Keep warehouse organized and compliant with 5S standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner training)
- Reliable transportation to 450 Industrial Park Drive
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Willingness to learn new equipment/systems
