As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform picking and packing tasks with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, errors, and completeness.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning devices to update inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is preferred.
