Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor belts.
- Verify incoming inventory against packing lists to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Pack and label products securely for shipping and distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment and inventory management software to track stock levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
