Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with speed and accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure a clean and safe workspace by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, managing freight and inventory transfers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (equivalent experience accepted).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
