Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight accurately and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping goals.
- Package and label goods for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Forklift certification is a strong plus, but we provide training for qualified candidates.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to the Baltimore facility.
