Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move stock.
- Pick & Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock integrity.
- Load/Unload: Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring proper securing of cargo to prevent damage.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Documentation: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and complete necessary paperwork accurately.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and bend, twist, and reach.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
