Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment, including shelving and storage areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on warehouse machinery.
- Order Processing: Assist in verifying customer orders against packing lists.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus; training is provided for motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
