Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately process customer orders by locating, retrieving, and preparing products for shipment.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move inventory and materials.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure all storage areas are organized, clean, and labeled.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets strict company standards.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist in loading and unloading trucks, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against paperwork.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly; comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Attitude: A positive, safety-conscious mindset and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
