Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload shipments from delivery trucks and transfer them to designated storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with precision and speed.
- Machinery Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid Forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
