Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by stocking shelves and organizing inventory.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Documentation: Properly complete shipping and receiving paperwork and logs.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred.
