As a key player in the supply chain network serving the Atlanta and North Carolina regions, our facility is a hub of activity. You will play a vital role in ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all labels and documentation are accurate.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory purposes.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
