Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect, pack, and label products to ensure accuracy and safety during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor to comply with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as directed.
- Operate scanning equipment and verify shipping documents with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform basic data entry and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled areas.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but not required).
