Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Inspect all products for quality, damage, or defects before packaging.
- Label, wrap, and securely package items to ensure safe delivery.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Sort and organize incoming stock and materials efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory and order processing.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
