Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely.
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to 5S standards.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory data.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
