Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas to maximize workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Operate scanning equipment (Zebra/PDA) for real-time inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
