Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure OSHA compliance.
- Verify inventory counts and accurately document stock movements using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and efficient warehouse flow.
- Handle physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class 1, 3, or 4) is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Ability to read and interpret safety signs, labels, and inventory lists.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
