Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with all safety and OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks promptly, verifying cargo accuracy upon delivery.
- Assist in maintaining proper labeling and documentation for all outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred but not required for eager learners.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training for qualified candidates.
