What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are processed accurately and efficiently. Your work directly impacts our ability to deliver top-tier service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to strict guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and status.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
