Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, after certification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and manage inventory accuracy within assigned zones.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided for entry-level candidates.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
