Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload goods from delivery trucks and pallets using proper lifting techniques.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Control: Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate manual and electric pallet jacks; forklift certification available upon hiring.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred (will consider equivalent experience).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
