Responsibilities
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory while maintaining organized warehouse conditions.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick items for orders and prepare them for shipment with attention to detail.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts and scanners in compliance with safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipping.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills for scanning and documentation.
- License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not always required.
