Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight, ensuring safe handling of all materials.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required or provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
