Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory to maintain optimal storage levels.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times, adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus but not required.
