Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels match our database.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow staff members to streamline daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and bend, twist, and reach as needed.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Driving: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
