Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on 99.9% accuracy and speed.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, and Tuggers) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Unload inbound trucks and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and safety goals.
- Perform basic data entry and document control tasks using WMS software.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience in a warehouse setting is accepted.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as required.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
