Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Package and label items according to customer orders and safety standards.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changes.
- Follow all company safety protocols and GHS guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
