Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and verify merchandise against customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners efficiently.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA standards to ensure a secure workplace.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory checks and the ability to read packing lists.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
