Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in accordance with company protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records using RF scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Unload and inspect incoming shipments for damages and discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
