Job Summary
We are seeking energetic individuals to join our distribution team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are processed, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. We offer a fast-paced environment where teamwork is essential.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly over an 8-hour shift.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A/B) is required for forklift operators.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
