Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock counts and organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Shipping & Receiving: Receive inbound shipments and load outbound trucks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for weighing and measuring.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
