Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy and safety.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning barcodes and handling inventory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and PPE compliance.
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix, AZ location.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
