Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in designated storage areas.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn RF scanning technology.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
