As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. We value accuracy, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Handle packages with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver's License preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
