Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select items from the warehouse and prepare them for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting regular stock counts.
- Truck Loading: Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe for all employees.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from work.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
- Basic Math Skills: Proficiency in basic arithmetic for counting and measuring.
