Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist in year-end inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Document and report any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and preparing labels.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
