Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise accurately in designated zones.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision using handheld scanners.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock rotation to minimize shrinkage.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
