Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise: Safely handle packages using dollies and hand trucks.
- Operate material handling equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Pick and pack orders: Accurately fulfill customer orders according to pick lists.
- Inventory management: Assist in cycle counting and stock organization.
- Maintain safety standards: Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety policies.
- Keep the workspace clean: Ensure aisles and work areas are organized and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Required.
- Forklift Certification: Preferred but willing to train.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read labels and verify quantities.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license.
