Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in designated areas.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times by following safety protocols.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
