Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (certification provided upon hire).
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts, stock inspections, and maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks accurately, verify shipments, and manage returns.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
