Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and cycle counts to maintain accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets customer standards.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently and organize the warehouse floor to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment is a plus.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and be available to work rotating shifts (including weekends).
- Background: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
