What You Will Do
Our team is the heartbeat of our operations. Your daily tasks will include picking and packing orders with precision, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging for shipment.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
