Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and report discrepancies immediately.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Operate inventory management software to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Forklift certification is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
