Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (if certified) and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
